Kick your boring workout in the butt with our Adult Boot Camps! Fast-paced, high-intensity training in a small group setting of no more then 12 people per class. In these sessions we will be targeting all major muscle groups as well as getting that cardio kick that you need to crush your goals!

Student Athlete Programs

Student Athlete Programs

One of our most popular programs. Specialized training for the student-athlete! These programs will be sport specific in nature. Our trainers will be targeting the muscles used for your particular sport. Intense training designed to reach peak physical and mental performance both on and off the playing field.

Here we will sit and discuss your personal goals and help lay out a road map to success. We will discuss your current lifestyle and how we can help you achieve the “new you” through a custom designed plan. With ongoing progress tracking paired with setting small, achievable goals, we will help you get you where you want (and need) to be!

Choose between a variety of packages that fit you and your lifestyle. We then discuss your goals and customize a weekly plan. Each week you will be given a set of workouts to follow and will report back so we can properly track your progress and help you hit your goals!
